A New Project | 40 Digital Freebie Kits {01}

My birthday was last week. I turned 40 and wrapped up a year long pursuit of doing 40 New Things. It was wonderful. I did so many things I wouldn't have done had I not had the little extra push of trying to accomplish new things to add to my list. I am a list girl and am learning the power of embracing my strengths, rather than wishing I had someone else's.

Having a goal worked well for me, so I'm setting another one. I will be designing and providing for free download 40 Digital Kits for scrapbooking. I love to design and want to take a year to do something I really, really love.

So we will kick it off with this first set of 21 project life style 3x4 cards. They are inspired by the colors of the Project Life kit Seafoam Edition. I am in love with orange and teal. And you already know how much I like love a pop of yellow, especially coupled with grey. So, hopefully you delight in these colors too!

I plan to use these new designs and go back and scrap my 2011 photos in the Project Life style. I didn't start Project Life until 2012 and I have years of photos that I'd love to go back and get in an album so they can be enjoyed by the family, especially the kids, who love seeing photos of themselves when they were younger.

not reluctantly or under compulsion,
for God loves a cheerful giver.

  1. Cami, thank you so so much for sharing these awesome cards. You are so generous.

    I enjoyed reading about your goal of 40 things. It really got me thinking about how seldom my husband and I try new things. We were both teachers and with my husband coaching and me being a workaholic there never seemed to be enough time. My husband and I are both retired now (I just retired last May). When my husband came home from work today, I asked him where he would like to go if we took a little trip. I am going to make a list of things to do and places to visit and hopefully, we can get started soon.

    I always enjoy looking at your photos, especially the family ones. # 31 is such a cute picture. A thought about not getting in a rut-you and your family could each make a list of new things to try.
